Map of Courchevel’s ski runs

Map of Courchevel’s ski runs, only a third of the Trois Vallées domain!

Courchevel is part of the Trois Vallées, the biggest ski domain in the world. There are more than 330 ski runs, with an accumulated length of more than 600 kilometers, which gives unlimited possibilities for a day trip in the Trois Vallées during one day. There are so many slopes and itineraries in the Trois Vallées that I have not been able to ski on each of them in my entire life, even though I have been coming here for so many years!

Thanks to its good situation in the valley, the slopes going back to Courchevel are all easy (blue or green ski runs), which makes it a station very convenient for beginners. More experienced skiers, however, will enjoy the many red and black slopes at a higher altitude.

Altogether, there are 120 ski runs, among which nine black, most of them situated around the Saulire or the Vizelle, the two highest mountains in Courchevel.

One of the big advantages of Courchevel over other stations is that it has many small forests. I love going in these places, just after a snowfall, and see only some animals’ footprints. It seems like you are the first person ever to have followed that lead.
